my worst experience visit to almond Valley this afternoon at 12noon. Bought 4 tickets 1 adult 3 kids paid £42 in total.
We were having a great time till kids started complaining about being very cold as it was absolutely freezing today so we thought lets go to cafe and have nice cup of tea so we went it was 4 of my friends with 9 kids 2 under 3 so we put them in the play area my 2 year old has many allergies so we always carry her food i knew no picnic allowed as I have been going to almond Valley for many many years, so I knew not to have anything but with my toddler we had to be careful. So after getting my coffee we all sat down giggling away i opend my toddlers box of food thqn the man called Mark in cafe ran towards us and started screaming that we can't have food from outside he didn't let me explain and walked away after shouting at us we all felt very uncomfortable, I put my toddlers food away and starting having my tea and we sent the wee ones to the play area then he blamed us for not paying for the play area which is only £2, he had a young member of staff with him who he told to keep an eye on us Mark and the young staff kept staring at us the way he was walking by us like he wanted us to open that food box again so he can ask us to leave we are all professionals 2 of my friends are doctors other one is a dentist i myself is a project manager and the disrespect we received made me felt maybe it's because colour of our skin as there were some other people went in the play area without paying. We literally left straight after that I love almond Valley it's my kids favourite place but staff are not doing what they are supposed to do instead they make customers feel bad.

Great place to visit with wee ones. Lots of amazing play places as well as an indoor soft play. Also the cafe is fab, lots of options, baby food and gluten free food available. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

Great day out with friends and kids!
Definitely be returning when the weather gets better ... so much to explore! From farm animals to climbing frames and the indoor soft play is a must while the adults enjoy a hot drink and cake 🥰

Almond Valley is fun for all ages! From historic attractions (Mill Museum) to play areas there is so much to do. 20p to feed the ducks. 3 inside play areas. A soft play, sledge ride, big slide, Ruined Peel play area jus opened closed in Snow but big slides sort of Fort like bit. Soft play is £2 per child for an hour. Lots of animals. 2 jumping pillows. Outdoor trampolines. A giant sand pit inside to uncover bones. No dogs allowed now.

Fantastic day out for families! We went with our one year old and he loved the animals, the outdoor bouncing pads and the soft play. Overall great value and looking forward to going back with him when he can take advantage of the outdoor play parks that look amazing! The food in the cafe was well priced and home made.

The annual pass is worth the money if you live local. My daughter loves looking at the animals and when she's bigger she'll have a great time at the parks. Soft play is great as well after having lunch in the café. We can spend the full day here
